  • Violation consequences: Three consecutive violations may result in account termination

  • Don't fix material service defects within 5 business days

We may terminate if you:

  • Fail to pay subscription fees
  • Violate our fair use policy repeatedly

6.3 Refunds

If you terminate for cause, you may receive a pro-rated refund for unused subscription time.

7. Service Availability

7.1 Uptime Commitment

We strive to maintain:

  • 99% availability averaged over each calendar quarter
  • 24/7 service access including weekends and holidays

7.2 Excluded Downtime

Availability calculations exclude:

  • Scheduled maintenance (with advance notice)
  • Issues beyond our control (power outages, internet disruptions)
  • Force majeure events

7.3 Maintenance and Notifications

We will notify you of:

  • Scheduled maintenance via email or website notices
  • Service disruptions as soon as reasonably possible
  • Estimated restoration times when available

8. Disclaimers and Liability
